STUDIO ETIQUETTE

GENERAL INFORMATION

NAVASHALOM SKIN STUDIO is located at 15639 Emerald Way, Studio S04 in the Bowie Town Center Sola Salon Studios. All services are available by appointment only, with a one (1) guest maximum limit per visit - if anyone is accompanying you, please have them either wait in the car, or visit any one of the Town Center's open retailers during your appointment. Parking is available directly in front of Sola, as well as behind the building, in the lot directly in front of Red Robin.

CHECK-IN

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow enough time for you to complete any necessary paperwork, and settle in and prepare to receive your service.

ATTIRE

During your Studio visit, you will be in a reclined position for a period of time - please dress in attire that will provide you as much comfort as necessary. Please also feel free to bring a personal blanket if you tend to feel chilly in air conditioned environments as the Studio temperature remains moderately cool.

PAYMENT

A valid credit card is required to schedule all appointments. Credit cards accepted at the Studio are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Health Savings and Flex Spending Account cards are also accepted as payment towards select services (click here for details). Unaccepted methods of payment include: checks, and cash exchange platforms such as CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc. Cash is accepted, however, change will not be provided. Please have exact amount available, including tip. Full payment is due at the time your service is rendered.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

In order to provide the most attentive and exclusive care, and fair scheduling opportunities to all clients, NAVASHALOM SKIN STUDIO’s Cancellation Policy is strictly adhered to:

 

  • As indicated before, you are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. All appointments 60 minutes or more in length are granted a 10-minute grace period, and scheduled services will be completed in full upon arrival; no enhancements may be added. Should you arrive after the 10-minute grace period, your service will either be cancelled, or rescheduled for another date, depending on your therapist's availability. Cancellation fees will be assessed. (See Fee Schedule below.)

 

  • Late arrival to appointments 45 minutes or less in length will result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, depending on your therapist’s availability, and fees will be assessed. (See Fee Schedule below.)

 

  • In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid being assessed a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

 

  • Failure to show for an appointment without prior notification will result in the assessment of fees equal to the full value of scheduled services. A second failure to show for an appointment, without prior notification, will result in the inability to make any future appointments at NAVASHALOM SKIN STUDIO without prior approval.

 

  • The consecutive cancellation of two (2) appointments will result in the inability to make any future appointments at NAVASHALOM SKIN STUDIO without prior approval.

 

*All acquired fees must be fully satisfied prior to scheduling any future appointments.

FEE SCHEDULE – LATE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW (AFTER 24-HOUR WINDOW EXPIRES):

Reschedule - 50% of scheduled services value

Cancellation - 100% of scheduled services value

No Show - 100% of scheduled services value

*FEES ARE BASED UPON THE FULL VALUE OF SCHEDULED SERVICES, AND ARE COLLECTED AT THE TIME APPOINTMENT IS EITHER CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED.
